This is one of my favourite charts, it helps remind me what to eat and what to stay away from.
It’s divided into three categories: Carbs, Fats, and Proteins.
The concept is simple: Stay away from the reds and oranges, try to sway more towards the green/blue area. If I can’t decide wether to buy something I pull this out at the grocery store (lol people will look at you funny) and if it’s anything past yellow I walk away. Just keep in mind that chicken isn’t on here, I eat a ton of chicken and when it comes to that I just say skinless, boneless, with as little fat as possible. Can never go wrong with that.
